Mission

To reach the Hispanic community of Utah in the language that is most familiar to them. This approach  will allow us to promote healthy relationships and educate on the dynamics of domestic violence, the resources that are available and the means by which to obtain these resources.

Philosophy

This Coalition is comprised of the general public, service providers, practitioners and those Latino and non-Latino allies who want to reach out to Hispanic survivors of domestic violence. The efforts of the Coalition are tailored to the specific needs of each city in Utah as well as the countryside. The Coalition hosts a variety of events including fairs, conferences, workshops, and presentations. The coalition meets every 2nd Tuesday of each month from 12-2 pm at the Sanderson Community Center for the deaf and hard of hearing located on 5709 South 1500 West in the City of Taylorsville.
